Safety National Training Programs Win Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards
Safety National® announced today that two of its internal training programs have been recognized by Brandon Hall Group™ for excellence in leadership development and human resources.
Safety National’s onboarding program, Succeeding at Safety National, won the gold medal for Best Unique or Innovative HR Program. This year-long program is designed to enhance engagement, accelerate time to productivity, and integrate new employees into the company’s culture from day one. Safety National also won a silver medal in the Best Executive Development Program category for its Pinnacle Leadership Program. This program prepares leaders for senior leadership roles, equipping them to influence at the enterprise level and lead through change.
