Safety National Promotes Steve Kappel to Chief Information Officer

Safety National Casualty Corporation has appointed Steve Kappel to the position of Chief Information Officer. In his new role, Kappel will assume leadership and accountability for the overall management and governance of the company’s Information Services Department.

Kappel joined Safety National in 2014 after holding various technology and leadership roles at a multi-national retail organization. During his tenure at Safety National, Kappel held various leadership positions within the Information Services Department, where he led numerous teams in planning, developing and delivering digital solutions to help meet corporate strategy and goals.

Kappel is based out of Safety National’s corporate headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri.
