Domestic Crisis Management Benefit Available Exclusively to Safety National’s General Liability Policyholders

SAFETY NATIONAL CRISIS PROTECTION® is a crisis management benefit provided exclusively to Safety National’s general liability customers. If your business undergoes a qualifying “Domestic Crisis Event” that causes bodily injury to multiple individuals or significant property damage, Safety National® will either pay one of our approved vendors to assist with crisis management or reimburse you directly for the approved costs incurred with a vendor of your choice.

How Does It Work? If a qualifying “Domestic Crisis Event” occurs, Safety National Crisis Protection will help you minimize post-crisis risk to the organization. The annual aggregate limit for this complimentary benefit is $50,000. This benefit is accessible when you need it and is provided by Safety National free of charge.

“Domestic Crisis Events” Include:

Incidents resulting from the following man-made events:

  • Bombing
  • Explosion
  • Arson
  • Hostage situations
  • Mass shootings
  • Terrorism (only available if TRIA is purchased)
  • Building or equipment collapse
  • Food or drink contamination
  • Automobile accidents

* COVID-19 related events do not qualify.

Benefits:

  • Provided at no cost to general liability policyholders, with a $50,000 annual aggregate benefit limit, for a qualifying “Domestic Crisis Event.”
  • Includes a 24-hour crisis hotline to preferred and approved “Domestic Crisis Event” vendors.
  • The benefit can be used for qualified “Domestic Crisis Events” to help with:
    • Crisis Management
    • Crisis Response
    • Public Relations
    • Media Management
    • Short-Term Psychological Counseling
