Tom Grove

Tom Grove provides executive management oversight to the Business Development, Claims, Marketing and Communications, Client Engagement and Risk Control Departments. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Safety National.

Tom joined Safety National in 1992, formerly serving as Senior Marketing Manager, Senior Vice President of Business Development, and Executive Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer, until being named Chief Client Officer in 2022.

Tom’s prior experience includes Chief Operating Officer for a risk services group focused on claims administration for public entity pools and a Commercial Multi-Line Underwriter for a national carrier.

Tom has been a speaker or panelist at various industry conferences and has contributed to articles on industry-related topics.
