Rob Leitner

Rob Leitner oversees strategic client management and customer advocacy. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Safety National.

Rob joined Safety National in 2004. He previously served as Senior Business Development Manager, Vice President of Business Development for the Western Region, Vice President, Department Head of Business Development, Senior Vice President of Business Development, and Executive Vice President of Business Development before being promoted to Chief Client Officer in 2026.

Rob is Co-Chair of the Tactical Implementation Steering Committee. He has participated in various Safety National and Tokio Marine management and professional leadership development programs, including the Tokio Marine Middle Global Leadership Program in 2013 and the Rasen Global Leadership Program in 2024. He also completed management courses at IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, and Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis, MO.

Prior to joining Safety National, Rob worked as an Account Executive for a regional insurance brokerage and as a Sales Manager for a national insurance carrier.
