Duane Hercules

Duane Hercules leads the development and execution of companywide business objectives. He oversees the overall operational and financial performance in partnership with the Chairman of the Board. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Safety National.

Duane joined Safety National in 1984, formerly serving as Treasurer, Executive Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and President, until being named Chief Executive Officer in 2022.

Prior to joining Safety National, Duane worked as a Certified Public Accountant for a national public accounting firm.

Duane has been a speaker or panelist at various industry conferences and has contributed to articles on industry-related topics.
