Safety National Honored as a 2023 Best Adoption-Friendly Workplace™

Safety National^® announced today that the company was recognized as a 2023 Best Adoption-Friendly Workplace™ by the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption.

As a recipient of this award, Safety National was acknowledged for being among the employers leading the way in providing adoption and foster care benefits and recognizing the need for this life-changing support. Winners are selected based on financial reimbursement for adoptive costs, length of paid leave provided, and the percentage of employees made eligible to receive the adoption benefits.

The 2023 list of winners includes a diverse group of organizations representing 22 industries. Safety National ranked #77 on the full list and third highest among the insurance carrier honorees.

Utilizing the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption’s Employer Toolkit as a guide, we enhanced our existing program to include financial support for qualified adoption expenses.”
