This online program allows users to complete a systematic self-assessment with real-time recommendations and annotate additional support needs. Risk managers, safety professionals or ergonomic champions can navigate the learning management system (LMS) to assign users, track completions and better understand additional support needs.

Proactive Self-Assessment

  • Allows users to complete a systematic self-assessment of their office workstation.
  • Workstation image choices create an assessment path allowing for a customized, streamlined experience.
  • Users are prompted to make recommended workstation adjustments as they progress through the assessment.

Additional Support Needs

  • At the end of each section, users are prompted to indicate any need for additional support with the option to provide details.
  • Additional support requests appear in a summary report that can be downloaded by the user and shared with their ergonomic program manager.

California Ergonomics Standard Compliance

  • Intended to assist with CA Ergonomic Standard compliance by providing introductory ergonomics training and a means for employees to report potential risks.
