Kids’ Chance Awareness Week

Kids’ Chance of America is a non-profit organization that provides scholarships for children whose parent was catastrophically or fatally injured on the job. Since their inception in 1988, Kids’ Chance organizations have awarded over 8,700 scholarships totaling over $30 million.

There are currently 48 Kids’ Chance state organizations. The goal is to establish a Kids’ Chance presence in every state so that all eligible students are made aware of their assistance. Find out if there is a Kids’ Chance in your state.

Kids’ Chance established the national ‘Planning for the Future’ initiative in which the organization helps industry professionals identify families of injured workers with children who are not yet of college age and get them connected to Kids’ Chance. This helps connect them to their state organization to apply for a scholarship when the time comes. If you know someone who could be eligible for a Kids’ Chance scholarship, please complete this form.
