Kids Enjoying Exercise Now

One Warm Coat

Safety National joined together with our sister companies TMNA Services, Philadelphia Insurance Companies, Tokio Marine America, First Insurance Company of Hawaii and Reliance Standard to benefit One Warm Coat. We gathered 250 gloves, hats and scarves, 1,250 coats and $16,815 collectively.

Barwick/Newton Poker Tournament

Safety National participated in the Annual Barwick/Newton Texas Hold Em Poker Tournament. The fund’s main focus is to cover travel expenses for family members of fallen officers so they are able to attend memorial ceremonies for their fallen heroes in Washington.

St. Patrick Center’s Trivia Night

St. Patrick Center hosted a He said, She said trivia night in February. Safety National sponsored two tables. The trivia night was to benefit the St. Patrick Center’s programs to end homelessness.

The Big Muddy Dance Company

Safety National donated $4,000 to the Big Muddy Dance Company in support of their Senior Embrace Program. This program allows the dance company to perform at local nursing homes and senior centers.

Annual Guns ‘n Hoses

Police officers and Firefighters battle it out for a good cause in the 30th annual Guns ‘n Hoses event. This event raises money for BackStoppers, an organization that provides immediate and long term financial aid and support for the families of fallen Police Officers and Firefighters.

Memorial Day Poppy

The Memorial Day poppy distribution was coordinated by Judy Donati, who serves with the American Legion Auxiliary. Safety National made a donation to the organization, a combination of employee donations and a company donation. Those donations went to support the needs of veterans, military members and their families.

Special Olympics

Safety National supported the St. Louis Metro Area Special Olympics Track and Field Day as one of the major presenting sponsors. In addition, 10 employees volunteered as buddies for the day, where they accompanied a special athlete to each event, on visits to Victory Village, and to the awards ceremony.

Variety Bike Build Event

Safety National volunteers spent a Saturday morning building bicycles at Variety Club’s “Bikes for Kids” event. Toolboxes in hand, volunteers built traditional bikes for disadvantaged children and therapeutic bikes for children with physical disabilities. Just in time for the holidays, over 200 excited kids paraded in to receive their bicycles.

Zoofari

Safety National volunteered at Zoofari’s 2015 event June 19th. Zoofari is the zoo’s biennial “Grazing Party” fundraiser featuring food and beverages from over 60 St. Louis area restaurants, as well as a silent auction and live entertainment provided by Kenny Loggins! Proceeds from the fundraiser help the Zoo in their efforts…

Pathways to Independence Holiday Party

For the past four years, Safety National has sponsored the holiday party for Pathways to Independence, an entity that supports, educates and empowers adults with learning disabilities to obtain personal growth and enhance social skills.
