Annual Guns ‘n Hoses

Police officers and Firefighters battle it out for a good cause in the 30th annual Guns ‘n Hoses event. This event raises money for BackStoppers, an organization that provides immediate and long term financial aid and support for the families of fallen Police Officers and Firefighters.

Variety Bike Build Event

Safety National volunteers spent a Saturday morning building bicycles at Variety Club’s “Bikes for Kids” event. Toolboxes in hand, volunteers built traditional bikes for disadvantaged children and therapeutic bikes for children with physical disabilities. Just in time for the holidays, over 200 excited kids paraded in to receive their bicycles.

United Way’s Battle of the Bands

Holiday Light Recycling

Each year, Safety National’s Sustainability Committee collects holiday lights and extension cords for recycling. Employees bring in their unwanted items and they’re recycled instead of being added to landfills. A win-win for everyone!

St. Louis Green Business Challenge

Mason Bee Houses

One Warm Coat

Safety National joined together with our sister companies TMNA Services, Philadelphia Insurance Companies, Tokio Marine America, First Insurance Company of Hawaii and Reliance Standard to benefit One Warm Coat. We gathered 250 gloves, hats and scarves, 1,250 coats and $16,815 collectively.

Barwick/Newton Poker Tournament

Safety National participated in the Annual Barwick/Newton Texas Hold Em Poker Tournament. The fund’s main focus is to cover travel expenses for family members of fallen officers so they are able to attend memorial ceremonies for their fallen heroes in Washington.
