Represents Safety National in a professional manner consistent with the goals and objectives of the Company and the Risk Services & Product Development Department. Primarily responsible for the presentation and integration of client services programs with more complex Treaty Reinsurance, Association, and Standalone accounts. Manages multiple client services resources and vendor relationships. Mentors, trains, and coaches less experienced client services team members. Works independently under minimal supervision.

Present and integrate client services programs with more complex Treaty Reinsurance, Association, and Standalone accounts.
Manage multiple client services resources and develop relationships with business partners that support them.
Assist with the enhancement of department marketing collateral.
Lead and/or assist in the development and implementation of new client services resources, and enhancement of existing resources.
Assist with internal education and training on the company’s client services offerings.
Serve as a mentor, trainer, and coach to less experienced client services team members.
Assist in the development and execution of procedures for the deployment of client services programs.
Develop relevant subject matter expertise to engage in thought leadership activities within areas of expertise.
Assist with customer service oriented issues on client services programs.
Attend industry conferences as an exhibitor and presenter to promote services and thought leadership content.
Participate in the tactical planning process for items related to client services.
Serve as a backup to client services staff, as needed.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to promote a team effort and maintain a cohesive message in the marketplace.
Adhere to Company travel guidelines when planning business trips.
Provide reports, expense accounts and additional requested information accurately and on a timely basis.
Work on special projects as assigned by supervisor or senior/executive management.
Industry designations such as ARM, CRM, or CPCU are desirable.
At least 15 years insurance industry experience in client facing roles. Experience with workers’ compensation and casualty lines of business is preferred. Experience with reinsurance is a plus.
Proficiency in Windows-based computer software systems and programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with online presentation applications (WebEx, GoToWebinar, etc) is a plus.
Requires someone professional, dependable, organized, motivated, efficient, and accountable with a mature attitude.
Excellent oral, written, and communication skills, including public speaking and relationship-building skills.
Must be able to prioritize tasks and work on multiple items simultaneously.
Must be able to use a personal laptop computer, telephone, and Smartphone.
Must be able to travel overnight regularly to client locations via airplane and rental car, and stay at hotels.
