  • Safety Essentials Online – This online service provides a variety of resources to assist your organization, including day-to-day safety and health compliance, best practices, policies and written programs. In addition we provide handouts, newsletters, training materials, inspection lists, expert advice 24/7, daily updates and news, and more.

  • Claims Expertise:

    • Claims Management – Safety National’s team of Claims Analysts has an average of 17 years of industry experience and our management team averages 24 years experience. Our claims team works in partnership with policyholders and Third Party Administrator (TPA) partners to control claim costs while delivering benefits in accordance with the law.

      • We provide unparalleled service to our policyholders as exemplified by our rapid claim payment turnaround time. For self-insured policy holders, our average in-house processing time for reimbursement requests on claims that have exceeded the retention is less that one day, with receipt of reimbursement check by the client in 10 days or less.

      • Our claim management experts provide educational support through presentations at industry conferences, webinars, TPA seminars, training materials and individual client assistance.

      • Our goal is not to compete or conflict with the TPA or self-administered claims administration programs of our policyholders, rather to support and complement those programs where possible.

    • Medical Management – When a catastrophic injury claim occurs, special expertise in medical and claim management is needed to ensure the best possible outcome for the injured employee and appropriate cost control for the employer/carrier. Our Medical Management Director has 10 years clinical experience and 12 years experience tackling Workers’ Compensation claims. We provide educational support and guidance for our claim management partners and work with Best Doctors to improve outcomes on catastrophic injury claims.

  • Claim Management Resources – Safety National provides recommended vendor resources in the areas of: Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), Home Modification for severely disabled workers, and Medical Bill Review for large medical bills.
