TPA Partnership
We provide our policyholders the option of retaining the services of a Third Party Administrator or self-administration of their claims.  Safety National must approve the claims administrator that is selected.

We view our relationship with TPAs and self-administered accounts as a true partnership.  Our goal is not to compete or conflict with the TPA or self-administered claims administration programs of our policyholders, rather to support and complement those programs where possible.

Claims Management
Safety National's team of claims analysts has an average of 17 years of industry experience and our management team averages 24 years of experience.

Our claims team sees the most costly Workers' Compensation claims from across the country on a daily basis and works in partnership with our policyholders and TPA partners to control claim costs while delivering benefits in accordance with the law.

Safety National's claims team provides unparalleled service to policyholders as exemplified by our rapid claim payment turnaround time. Our insureds typically receive reimbursement checks in ten days or less.

Best Doctors
When a catastrophic injury claim occurs, special expertise in medical and claims management is needed to ensure the best possible outcome for the injured employee and appropriate cost control for the employer and/or carrier.

In addition, complex claims can spiral out of control if not managed properly, resulting in significantly higher costs.

Safety National's case management team, in conjunction with our Best Doctors CatCare and Ask Best Doctors programs, stands ready to assist you in management of these complex claims. Our goal is not to take control of these claims, rather to serve as a resource to our insureds and their claims administrators to achieve the best possible outcome for injured workers while also controlling costs.
